Great option for big family or small group friends if you have a packed weekend in clark and would not be staying in a hotel (aquaplanet, safari, dinosaur island). This one is cheaper option for a family of 11 members. We are out anyways most of the time and just needed a place to sleep before another action filled day for the next day. Instead of paying 3 hotel rooms, we paid for a third of cost with almost the same convenience.

This was my second time staying at this unit and once again had a great time. The photos represent it perfectly and it is very well appointed. The pool was perfect and the kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook for yourself. Also the furniture is new and comfortable and the art and decor is simply beautiful. The place is a gem. Thanks Lio for hosting me and to miss Renalyn for being so nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Just to keep it short the place is super private with amazing amenities and lots of things to do within the area or even inside the house . Plus ate renalyn was super helpful always assisting us around the clock also she has great recommendations so dont hesitate to ask your questions away ! Will be back again for sure .

the design of the place is really esthetically pleasing. the bed rooms were comfortable fitted with the appropriate air conditioners. Bathrooms were spacious, allowing more than two people to fit simultaneously. Check in process was smooth, owner and receptionist was friendly. Highly recommended 👍

As a regular Airbnb traveler, I would rate Lio’s place as one of the nicest. The place was clean, modern, had everything we (I & my family) needed to feel at home, and was also an easy walk to the supermarket which was handy. Communication was great too. We had a very wonderful stay in this villa! It was so wonderful that we are planning to book it again next month. The place has a very convenient location, it was near to good restaurant finds and it is also very accessible. This listing stayed true to how it was described. The rooms are spacious and can accomodate the max no. Of pax stated. We did enjoy the kitchen/Bar, it has everything that we needed during our stay. The host was also very accomodating and the helpers there were also friendly and very flexible. Definitely worth the price.

The interior was wonderful specially the mini pool and the arc design. Very creative design overall! I had a lot of stays in the past but this is far the most family friendly stay we had. From the toiletries, cooking Utensils and beddings and almost forgot the wifi is good too. They also have NETFLIX for the whole family to enjoy. The one who entertained us is Ires, she is very kind and soft spoken. You wont have a problem asking for assistance as they are easy to reach.
